Joud extra virgin olive oil comes from northern Lebanon where the soil and weather are ideal for growing and harvesting high quality olives. It is cold pressed and single origin, with low acidity and a smoke point between 375 – 400 F.

It is ideal for every day use in salads, marinades and saDoutés. We also love it on labneh or mixed with za’atar for a delicious pie.
