Lebanon Free Clinic
SCM Medical Missions has opened a medical and dental clinic in Sidon, Lebanon that is serving the needs of disadvantaged Lebanese and refugees who are not able to get medical care due to the economic crisis in the country. This will be one of our biggest projects going forward.
After the explosion at the Port of Beirut and the economic collapse in the country, so many people are still unable to access primary medical and dental care. Our clinic will be for those in need and we will try to help as many people as we can, especially women and children.
To keep the clinic staffed and operating we estimate the cost will be about $5000 per month. Once it is open, we will have regular medical and dental missions there where volunteer doctors, dentists, and nurses can come and help out for a week or so. We need to continue to raise funds for the clinic to ensure that the people in need there will have access and can get general care.
You can help us keep this clinic operating by signing up to be a monthly donor. Be sure to select Make This a Monthly Donation on the PayPal screen. Your donation will help us sustain this important service to people in need.
